What does a construction site set-up package include?
Welfare units, water and drainage, temporary LV power and lighting, data and Wi-Fi, perimeter fencing or hoarding with controlled access, site offices and secure storage. Everything is in place and tested before your first operative arrives.
Does the site set-up meet CDM 2015 welfare requirements?
Yes. The welfare facilities meet Schedule 2 of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015: toilets, washing facilities, drinking water, rest facilities and changing or drying rooms.
