What is this service?
Principal Management Services was founded as a construction project management consultancy. H&S expertise came later — built on the same site experience. That sequence matters, because it means our project management is not separate from our health and safety advisory: it is the same team.
We provide construction project management services across the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction programme planning through to commissioning and handover.
