What is this service?
A site safety inspection carried out by Principal Management Services is not a clipboard-and-clipboard exercise. We inspect, photograph, rate, and report — and you receive your report with specific action items before the inspector has driven off site.
Our inspection service covers routine site safety compliance against CDM 2015, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and your own site-specific risk assessments. Each report is RAG-rated (Red / Amber / Green), photo-evidenced, and structured with clear action points and responsible parties.
We operate on a flexible programme to fit your construction schedule — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or for specific operations. We also carry out themed inspections focused on a single high-risk topic, and CDM compliance audits assessing the full suite of CDM documentation on site.

Monthly inspection programmes are priced on a retainer basis — more cost-effective for ongoing programmes than individual visits.

How quickly do we receive the inspection report?
Before the inspector leaves site. The report is generated on site with annotated, GPS-tagged photos, RAG ratings and action items, and sent digitally the moment the inspection ends.
